BIOSIMET is a fingerprint-based solution designed to manage employee attendance or access control in your company. It utilizes each person’s fingerprint for identification and registration.
The primary goal of the application is to monitor employee entry and exit through the system using their fingerprints, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
Additionally, the BIOSIMET system can trigger the operating system upon scanning a valid fingerprint. It also displays the user’s personal information along with their photograph for confirmation.

The system has a web module that allows system administrators or those responsible for reviewing attendance to access certain features through the browser from any point on the network where the system is available.
Characteristics
- It allows for the consultation of attendance reports, work reports, marks made on biometric devices, geolocation marks made by the mobile application, and detailed hour reports for payroll (regular hours, overtime, etc.). The marks are synchronized with the cloud and displayed in the web module.

Employee actions
Biosimet Web has an additional module where employees can request vacation leave or report a sick leave, with the option to attach a report or absence proof to the system. This request is received by the administrator or supervisor via email and can be approved or rejected (in the case of a vacation request).
